There are absolutely no refunds or exchanges offered due to the nature of artwork and products sold by Ashley Mary Craftery. All sales are final.

In certain instances, a repair may be possible due to damage incurred by shipping on original artworks for United States customers only. Photographic proof is needed in addition to your order number. Please forward along this information to info@ashleymarycraftery.com.
